When I was in middle school, I remember buying this gorgeous bright purple bag to carry my books in. I remember getting so many compliments and wearing that bag out until it was all ripped up. There was a little key chain on the side that read Lulus and I told myself to check this brand out.
Years later, and it is still to this day one of my favorite brands to buy from. Lulus has one of my favorite Instagram feeds too. Here are some of my favorite pieces in their stores right now. And they are all under $50.I’m loving that mules are coming back into fashion and this color combination is one of my favorites! These shoes are not everyone’s cup of tea in terms of style, but I love how quirky it fits with my own personal style.
All I want for the summer is a pair of gingham print shorts or trousers to wear with graphic t-shirts. I love the print and think it’s a more modern twist to when plaid was really in style a few years ago.
This two piece set is only $28, so hurry before it’s out of stock because this is definitely a deal for a two piece set. I’m loving jumpsuits, skirts and rompers this season, and I’m really feeling stripes and floral print right now for everything.
Paperbag pants are really trendy right now. They come in all sorts of styles such as straight legged trousers, flared pants, or lightweight bell bottoms. It’s such a flattering pant for people with tiny waists and long legs like myself, which is why I’m loving these ones.
Red peplum top from H&M: $9.99
Black Dress Trousers from H&M: $9.99
Black Leather Ankle Boots: $15.00
The outfit I’m wearing is a teal colored crop top, which was $5.99 from Forever 21, and these zebra printed loose trouser was only $11.99. I thought it was a cute outfit for a more boho feel for the summer.
I really liked Aria and Hanna’s style on the last episode of Pretty Little Liars. I left my thoughts below, along with the links if you want to check out the clothing. Thanks to PLL Closet on tumblr, who always finds the details on the fashion from the show. Check out her blog here: http://pllcloset.tumblr.com/tagged/6×12
I loved how flowy these trousers were. The pants were very boho, but Hanna made it more preppy with a collared crop top and a blazer.
Zara ‘Printed Bell Bottom Trousers’
I also really liked this crisp collared top. Hanna is definitely embracing her career and it’s clear with her fashion this season.
Elle Sasson ‘Cisco Crop Top’ – $78.00
Aria’s style is a little more understated this season. She’s still wearing moto jackets, but she’s wearing them in pastels and grays instead. This leather jacket is classic Aria, and I love the color. It softens the look.
Maje ‘Leather Jacket’
This romper made me want the spring to come because I really liked the structure of this piece. I can see Hanna wearing this too, but Aria makes it more her style by wearing a textured jacket and a statement necklace.
French Connection ‘Paradise Satin Romper’ – $99.99
Helmut Lang ‘Lightening Wash Denim Biker Jacket’ – $167.77
Old Navy High Neckline Tank Top: $5.00
H&M Green and Black Printed Trousers: $5.00
Lower East Side Floral Printed Flats: $16.99
I really like the basics they have at Old Navy, and I found this sheath neckline tank for $5.00. I also played around with color by mixing floral print and green leopard print.
Emily’s pants were my favorite piece this episode. They look like trousers that Spencer would wear with a blazer and oxfords. I actually like that Emily put a sporty twist to the look by pairing it up with a loose white collared shirt. Aria’s dress was a close second favorite! I love envelope dresses, and they’re very in style right now. The floral print is super pretty, and I like the thin black belt too.
Anyway,I just wanted to do a quick post for this week’s episode. Have a great day everyone!
Vince ‘Striped-Trim Pants’ – $164.25

I love when I buy a piece of clothing that I know I’ll get good use of. This striped tee is super comfy and casual, but it can also be used for other special occasions. This striped tee from H&M was originally ten dollars but I was able to get it on sale for five bucks! I prefer when my tees are a little more baggier because I can wear it in so many ways. I also liked the folded cuffs to give it a more modern preppy feel. Let me show you how this shirt can go from day to night and from sweatpants to formal.
At Home: These sweatpants are perfect for lounging around at home and the burgundy color will be a nice pop of color paired with the striped tee. Wear these with converse and a black hoodie! H&M pants: $19.95
At Work: These high-waisted treggings are great for a polished look. Simply tuck in the shirt and then pull the shirt out a bit so that the shirt billows over the pants slightly. Pair the tee with a colorful pair of flats or opt for a bright statement necklace to elevate the overall look. H&M Treggings: $24.95
At Night: This sequined skirt is definitely a steal from H&M. It’s on sale for $12.00! I think for a night look, playing with textures makes for a fun and flirty look. Pair a striped tee with a black sequined skirt. Or you can opt for an asymmetrical leather skirt. H&M Sequined Skirt: $12.00
Running Errands: Chunky knits are perfect for the wintertime and a chunky cardigan is very versatile. Pairing this sweater with the striped tee and a pair of blue denim jeans makes for a relaxed but still put together look. H&M Cardigan: $34.95
At Brunch: Mixing prints can definitely make an outfit look fun but still polished. Wearing these printed pants with a striped tee and heels can be a great outfit for dinner or brunch. If you’re a newbie at mixing prints, just remember one golden rule: Keep the prints within the same color scheme! H&M Printed Slacks: $24.95
