Sunday Inspirations

For today’s outfit, I’m wearing a fun tropical shirt from H&M that was $9.99 and the cuffed shorts I’m wearing are also from H&M and were $12.99. I was going for a relaxed look so I wore my hair loosely in waves with a bit of dry shampoo and hairspray. I really love how loose the top is with criss cross straps on the shoulders.

I usually share my outfits for special events because I’m taking photos anyway, but I decided to share an everyday look.

For more casual days, I like to wear simple t-shirts and shorts during the summer. Today, I’m wearing an Audrey Hepburn shirt from Old Navy and it was $4.99 on sale. It’s super baggy, and I love wearing them with leggings too. These shorts are from H&M and were only $12.99, and they’re just simple and cuffed on the end. And I wore my hair in a French braid, except the top is twisted rather than braided for a quicker hairstyle. Hope you enjoyed this quick post.

Summer Wishlist

The summer weather is slowly but surely getting warmer, so here is my summer wishlist for the summertime. I’m excited for some of these trends that I found on Pinterest.

White on white trend // white laser cut our jumper & sports bag Alexander Wang

Sheer Paneling– I been loving the sheer paneling trend. I think it’s fun because it gives a peek of skin with a modern, sleek feel to each piece. I really like the paneling that goes into sweaters like the one above. With a more conservative neckline and boxy feel, the paneling works here.

Netflix, Nachos, And Naps Muscle Tank | This ivory tank features "Netflix, nachos, and naps" graphic on the front. Tank has a super lightweight, soft, stretchy, semi-loose fit. So comfy and cute! Style this popular top with some skinny jeans and an oversized cardigan for a cute outfit. | Chapter24:

Graphic Tanks– I’ve been loving graphic tees with different sayings on it. I bought a few pullovers and tees like this, but I think the tanks are great for workouts or for lounging around.

Long Arrow Brass Pendant Necklace:

Long Necklaces– I’ve been wearing more flowy tops and dresses lately and my statement necklaces don’t always work for more whimsical looks. Long dainty necklaces are perfect for the summer. I  love this gold arrow one I found on Pinterest.

Off the shoulder top.:

Off the Shoulder Tops– I was hesitant about this look, but once I tried it on, I really loved the laidback vibe these shirts give. They’re great for the summertime and it’s definitely a new trend I’m a little more open-minded about.

Grey Patchwork Long Sleeve Casual Mini Dress

Sporty Dress– I love the baseball tee look, and when I saw this dress, I decided to add it. This dress would look cute and casual with converse sneakers.

Distressed High Waisted Shorts Vintage Denim Shorts | Jean Cut Off Shorts xs s m l xl xxl:

Distressed Shorts– I really love the high-waisted look for shorts. Instead of going with basic cutoffs, I opted for distressed shorts.

Hope you liked my summer wishlist! 🙂

I didn’t get a full picture of my outfit but here is a picture of the entire top. It was $5 from H&M. I loved the brush stroke print on the shirt and how loose and sheer it is.

Crocheted Tank Top by Rebel Sugar from Marshall’s: $9.99 Polka dot Printed Pant with Sheer Panels from Burlington Coat Factory: $10.98: I love these pants. The print is a messy polka dot print which appears as if it were painted on. I wasn’t sure about the sheer panels on the bottom, but when I tried them on, it looked really cool and modern.

I’m a little iffy about buying clothes online, but I was really happy with some clothing I got from Romwe.com. This top was super pretty and soft when it came, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my purchase. I love the mix of lace and stripes, and it was a great buy for the summer.
