My brother recently edited these photos from over the summer, and this jumpsuit was only $16.99 from H&M with the original retail price at $34.99 I believe. There’s a funny story about this jumpsuit. I was going through a stage where I wasn’t really happy with my body. I woke up feeling bloated and just wasn’t feeling a fitted jumpsuit like this one, especially for a wedding.
At the time, I thought a black wrap dress would be safer, but looking at these photos, I really love how I looked that day. When you’re not really happy with how you look, it’s easy to magnify all your imperfections. Now, I’m so thankful I went outside my comfort zone, because at the time, the only thing I was looking at was my arm fat or my stomach peaking out.
Just a friendly reminder to take it easy on yourself. January is all about starting new, so naturally people are in fitness mode after the holidays. Remember to be kind to yourself because at the end of the day, you can be your biggest critic.
This is an outfit I wore for a wedding. This is a jumpsuit from H&M that I got on sale for $25.00. This is a length I’ve never worn before, and the ruffle top is very bold, so I was hesitant to wear something like this, but it definitely stood out in a sea of dresses.
I used to be so worried about taking risks with fashion and “standing out too much” but if you love what you’re wearing and own your look, then rock your outfit with confidence. I’ve learned over the years that if you act unphased by people’s opinions, that you can truly be yourself.
ROMWE Jumpsuit: $16.99 Aeropostale Tribal Inspired Backpack: $17.99
I went to the city with my cousin and sister on Saturday, and we visited the Museum of the Moving Image. We also checked out some restaurants and cute shops. Here are some of my pictures from our trip.
Silence of the Lamb Sketches
This retro set had old cartoons playing on an old TV throughout the day.
These walls were covered in artwork. It was so cool to see the Egyptian art.
After visiting the museum, we went to get appetizers. We went to Twist and Smash’d Sports.
These are twisted nachos, which incorporate potato chips instead of tortilla chips. It was really good.
We also visited Veniero’s, which is a cute sit down dessert bakery.
I ordered a tri-chocolate mousse. It’s a layer of white, milk, and dark chocolate with a piece of white chocolate to top it off. I also got a cappuccino.
L’Express was the restaurant that we went to for a late dinner.
I loved the decor in this restaurant. The centerpieces were orange paper bags with cutouts and a candle inside. I also really liked the rustic bulb lighting.
I ended up getting their goat cheese salad with balsamic vinegar. The cheese was so soft and perfectly warmed up, and there were an assortment of greens.
Finally, we stopped at a home decor boutique. If you like wandering around Target or Home Goods, you’ll like this place.
Here were my favorite looks from Tuesday’s episode of Pretty Little Liars. Each girl had a look that I really liked.
Denim & Supply By Ralph Lauren ‘Floral Jumpsuit’ in Newbury Floral – $89.99
This was my favorite outfit from 6×04. The jumpsuit is so boho and chic for the summertime. Spencer keeps the look preppy with this gorgeous brown jacket. I love how loose the jacket is, and it pairs well with the jumpsuit.
Wildfox ‘Mantra Nevada Jumper’ – $94.00
I recently bought a necklace that reads: Eat Well, Travel Often, so I loved seeing another version of the saying on Emily’s jumper. I really love sayings and quotes on tank tops and sweaters. It’s casual, cute, and the sayings are true.
Club Monaco ‘Ellery Shorts’ – $129.50
Patterned shorts are very popular this season, and I liked the mix of flowers and stripes on these shorts. They were paired well with a moto jacket.
RACHEL Rachel Roy ‘Long-Sleeve Colorblocked Cropped Jacket’ – $59.99
There were a lot of jackets this episode. This jacket was edgy and fun. I love the asymmetrical cut of the jacket. I would pair it with all black knowing my style, but I really liked that Aria paired the jacket to tone down her crazy zebra romper. Her style is always a surprise every episode.

I liked all the girl’s outfits for their first day back at school. Too bad Hanna was the only one to show up. My favorite look was Emily’s jumpsuit from this week’s episode. Here are some of my other favorite looks from this week’s episode.
Opening Ceremony ‘Slash Pool Jacquard V-Neck Dress’ – $296.98
I love this fit and flare dress for Hanna. The soft colors and fun shapes definitely fit with Hanna’s style. Her waist was also accentuated with a black belt and strappy shoes.
RVN ‘Scorpio Lace Jacquard Peplum Top’ in Pink – no longer available
I loved this peplum top for Aria. The colors are definitely Aria’s style. The lace detail is also interesting along with the edgy belt Aria paired with the top to balance out the softness from the pink and the lace.
Enza Costa ‘Camo Print Linen Jumpsuit’ in Army Cahira – $275.00
Emily’s wearing a jumpsuit. Of course, it’s camo and comfy. I like how fun this jumpsuit is. It’s casual enough to lounge around in, but it still makes a bold statement. I want this camo jumpsuit too.

I love co-ords, and thought this article gave a good variety of different types of co-ords. I love the matching top-pant combo for a casual look and the top-skirt combo for a dressier look. This pineapple co-ord was so cute and playful! Check out more right here: http://www.srtrends.com/20-affordable-co-ord-matching-sets/
I love jumpsuits especially during the summer and spring. They’re so simple, but make a bold statement. I’m also really into fringe right now, so I adore this jumpsuit. It’s from H&M, and thought it was a great buy for a concert.
