My Trip to the Bahamas

I went to the Bahamas for vacation and loved the resort I stayed at called the Memories Resort in Freeport, Bahamas. The beach was so pretty, and the scenery was beautiful. I shared some pictures below. All of my pictures are from the resort and the beach nearby.

At night, my sister and I would change into nicer clothes for the evening, so I had a lot of fun with maxi dresses and different prints. Tomorrow I’ll post more about the clothes I wore during my vacation.

There was a sports bar right by the beach where people could get snacks and drinks. My family shared calamari, nachos, Canadian poutine and buffalo wings. Also, at the steakhouse, I ordered a petite filet steak with a Gorgonzola butter on top and garlic roasted mashed potatoes. For dessert, I had a chocolate cake.

My Weekend in Montréal

I went to Montreal with my sister and brother over the weekend, and absolutely loved it! There was so much to look at, and I thought I’d share some of the pictures from the trip. I included some stores, the restaurants I went to, and the museum I visited!

We went to 3 Brewers on Saint Catherine St. Saturday night for appetizers, and got the charcuterie platter which was dry aged artisanal meats and cheeses, marinated eggplants, roasted peppers, Italian sausage, pickles and crostini. We also got calamari with a teriyaki, horseradish marmalade.

In the morning, we checked out Paris Crepes which was right across from 3 brewers. I got a Nutella crepe with an Americano.

Finally, we checked out the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, and it was so beautiful. Inside the museum, we went to the M Boutique and Bookstore. Then, we checked out the art. The ones below were a few of my favorites.

New Darlings

With Valentine’s Day coming up, I thought I’d share this adorable couple’s blog.

Their photography is amazing and their blog has everything I need: food, fashion, stunning scenery, beauty tips and just a daily look at a couple’s life.

Here’s a blurb from Robert and Christina blog:

“For more than twenty years, we called New York home. We were raised just a few miles apart, met when we were teenagers, and tied the knot in 2013. After the big day, we packed our bags, said goodbye to our family and friends, and moved across the country to Phoenix, Arizona. New Darlings began as a photograph, and has turned into a diary. This is a place where we can share our day to day lives, things we love, and our inspirations. We want to welcome you and thank you for following along. We’re happy you’re here!”

Here are some of their photos from their blog!
