Emma Stone’s dress was my favorite by far. I love that she went with a classic fit with an intricate design and fringe. Her whole look is very Hollywood Glamour with her refined curls and simple red lip, which is appropriate for her movie “La La Land.”
I love how luxurious this dress was. I love how the classic top was made more whimsical with a feathered skirt with embellishment.
Brie Larson looked amazing in this sculptural look. If this was in another color, it could’ve been a nightmare on the red carpet. But the black color and minimal styling makes for a very chic look.
I love this dress on Hailee Steinfeld. The floral print and chiffon material made for an ethereal feel, which was a nice change for an Oscars look. I also like that she opted for an updo. Some people might not like the dress, but I think she pulled it off well.
Olivia Culpo looked amazing in this fringed dress. Her purple eye makeup make it more modern look overall, and it was a nice little surprise to the Hollywood feel. I love the little black ribbon that ties the look together.
Here were some of my favorite looks from the 2017 Golden Globes. I loved so many looks this year but narrowed it down to the ones below. Let me know whose look was your favorite in the comments below!
I love Gina Rodriguez’s shimmery fringe. She looks fresh and fun with her hair swept to the side rather than being in an updo. It’s the perfect example of Hollywood glamour.
I love the embellishment of this dress with the strategic cutouts on the top bust. It’s super modern with a sleek ponytail to show off the glam of the dress.
I love seeing white on the red carpet.
Priyanka Chopra is one of my favorite style icon, and this was another hit. She makes it more casual and easygoing with a simple dark lip and minimal styling.
Some people might not love this look, but it’s totally different from the glitz and sequined gowns. I love how ethereal and romantic this gown was.
Elegant, embellished and a showstopper of a gown. It looks like it fits like a glove.
Millie Bobby Brown made my best dressed list because it’s easy for someone her age to want something crazy or colorful, but she opted for a very elegant dress instead.
This is definitely a statement piece. Some might hate it, but I love how it just screams couture. The lace detailing is super pretty and it’s another piece that breathes romance.

Here are my favorite looks from the Critic’s Choice Awards, and I’ve been loving some of the risks celebrities have been taking. Below are some of my favorites.
I love Alicia Vikander’s style during award season so far. She is wearing a beautifully beaded Mary Katrantzou gown. I love how the beading has multiple dimensions to it. Her hair was swept back in a wispy updo and it was my favorite look of the night.
Rachel McAdams wowed in this dress to give off an effortless feel with simple waves and red lip.
I love how glam it feels on the bodice with the beading, and how whimsical it is on the skirt portion.
Emmy Rossum goes for a minimalist vibe, and I love it. The dress looks like it fits like a glove, and I really liked the twist of the sparkle peeking out.
This dress is another showstopper with peeks of skin in all the right places. Her hair and makeup was done to showcase the neckline.
There’s always one pantsuit that stands out during these award shows and this is one that I want to steal. I love the quirky jewels. It adds a glam, but fun feel.
Gina Rodriguez looks amazing in this peach color. The fit is great too.
Tracee Ellis Ross looks beautiful. I love how natural her makeup is with this black gown. Her earrings and sleeves are great pops of color.

I’m a huge Emily Blunt fan, and her style is so fun. She loves playing with different textures and colors. One of my favorites is the orange gown below. It’s such a beautiful color. She wears a variety of colors, and I love the earrings she pairs with her dresses. Here are some of my favorite looks.
I love Pretty Little Liars, and think all the leads are fabulous. Lucy Hale is so pretty, and I love a lot of her red carpet looks. On the show, her character’s style is edgy and crazy whereas Lucy’s style is more fun and flirty. Here are some of my favorite looks.
I am obsessed with Emma Watson. She’s a role model for sure ( her letter to Steve Carrell, her feminism speech, her classy attitude towards everything). I also love her style! She’s had so many best dressed moments, so I posted a handful of my favorites. She can pull off elegance and a sleekness with each and every look. I also noticed that she tends to lean more towards the black and white palettes (which is completely my style too).
These were a bunch of my favorite looks. Follow me and let me know if you liked this post!
I wanted to show some of favorite looks from the SAG Awards last night. Some people are repeats from the Golden Globes like Julianne Moore and Emma Stone, while others were a surprise hit. Here’s my opinion!
Julianne Moore looking stunning in an emerald embellished showstopper! The Oscar front runner wore Givenchy Haute Couture with minimal styling and relaxed red tresses.
Lupita Nyongo wore an interesting Elie Saab gown. If any other celebrity wore it, I probably wouldn’t have loved it as much. The deep plunge and print made the look more young and fun. It was certainly appropriate for Lupita.
Emma Stone took another risk. It paid off during the Globes and it paid off again. Her Dior Haute Couture gown is super chic and the sleek ponytail and red lipstick elevates the overall look. I also want to point out how original and risky she has been during award season. Her dress is also the reason Naomi Watts nearly fell over!
Viola Davis’s custom Max Mara dress looked gorgeous! Her deep colored skin made the white dress pop. Her makeup and natural hair just gave her a glowing, radiant vibe overall!
Felicity Jones stunned in a Balenciaga gown. The blush pink gown and earrings gave her a Hollywood glam feel to her look Her sleeked back bun was also perfect to show off the criss cross top portion of her gown.
Keira Knightley looked darling in her maternity gown. The laced purple color is rich and was a breath of fresh air. Her Erdem gown showed her baby bump in a very modest way. Loved the styling as well!
Hope you enjoyed looking at my personal favorites! My next review for award season will most likely be for the Oscars!
