- 1 banana
- 1 cup of 2 percent milk
- 1 cup of ice
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- almond essence
This was a super easy recipe, where you can throw in a sliced banana, some peanut butter, milk and ice and then just blend it all up. I also added a couple of drops of almond essence for a more nutty flavor. It’s great right before a workout or to jump-start your day.
