Here were my favorite looks from the Oscars last night. My two favorites were Emma Stone and Rosamund Pike. I also included some of my other favorite looks along with some thoughts!
Rosamund Pike wore a red laced Givenchy gown. This was my favorite look of the night! The slit was strategically placed to show off matching shoes. Her styling and makeup gave her a glowing feel. I’ve been a little disappointed with her looks this award season, but her Oscar dress made up for it.Lupita Nyong’o looked amazing in her Calvin Klein gown. There were more than 6,000 pearls that went into that dress. The color popped really well with her complexion. I know some people weren’t crazy about the cutout but I liked the interesting construction of the entire dress.Emma Stone surprised in a very Hollywood glamour look. I love the olive color against her skin and the orange lipstick and hair style pulled the look together well. I also love the neckline and sleeves of her Elie Saab dress.Jennifer Aniston looked effortless in her Versace gown. The blush color of her gown sparkled and accentuated her figure in all the right places. The natural hair and makeup also gives off an easygoing, relaxed vibe.Jennifer Hudson‘s Romona Keveza gown is really flattering on the 33-year old singer. I’m crazy about the honey color, and the minimal styling showcases a sleek, clean dress.Naomi Watts went for a black and silver Armani dress. She looked super modern with the thin straps and bandeau. Her loose waves also added an edgy vibe. She always looks glamorous with an edge. Remember her snake necklace?Margot Robbie looked very edgy in her plunging Saint Laurent dress. The sheer sleeves, edgy hair and bright lip made her look very refined and edgy at the same time. Her necklace also stood out, which was designed by Van Cleef & Arpels.
